The same early harvest Picual extra virgin olive oil from the Oro Al-Andalus family estate in Málaga, now in a format designed for kitchens that use good olive oil every day and want it to stay that way. The BIB Queen brings 2 liters of cold-pressed Picual EVOO in a bag-in-box system that solves one of the most common problems with olive oil at home: oxidation.
Why bag-in-box matters for olive oil
A standard bottle lets air in every time you open it. The bag-in-box format works differently. As you dispense the oil, the inner bag contracts without allowing air to enter, which means the oil that remains inside is never exposed to oxygen between uses. Combined with full protection from light, the result is an oil that maintains its aroma, flavor, and natural properties significantly longer than a conventional bottle of the same size.
