At Giving Oil, we want your order to arrive in perfect condition and within a reasonable timeframe. Because we operate as a marketplace where each brand fulfills orders directly, this policy explains how shipping works, what you can expect, and how we support you throughout the process.
We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. Orders placed from outside the UAE cannot be processed at this time.
Shipping is completely free for all orders, with no minimum purchase amount required.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, the brand responsible for your product will begin preparing your shipment. Please allow up to 48 business hours for order handling and up to 72 additional business hours for delivery, counting Monday through Saturday as business days. These timeframes may vary depending on the specific brand fulfilling your order and your delivery location within the UAE.
Please note that orders placed on Sundays or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
If your order includes products from more than one brand, each brand will ship their products independently. This means you may receive separate packages on different days. We monitor all shipments within a single order to ensure every item reaches you.
Each brand works with their preferred courier service. In all cases, we require that brands use established and reliable courier companies operating within the UAE that are fully dedicated to delivery services. While the specific carrier may vary by brand, our standard is that every shipment is handled professionally and with care.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information automatically. This may come directly from the courier company, from the brand, or from Giving Oil depending on the fulfillment process for your specific order. If you have not received tracking details within the expected processing window, please contact us at info@givingoil.com or reach out via our WhatsApp and we will follow up on your behalf.
Our courier partners will make reasonable efforts to contact you before or during delivery. In most cases, if no one is available at the delivery address, the package will be left at the door and photographic evidence of delivery will be collected. If you have specific delivery instructions, we recommend adding them to your order notes at checkout.
Although fulfillment is handled directly by each brand, Giving Oil remains actively involved in the shipping process. We monitor orders and intervene when necessary to ensure your experience meets our standards. If there is any issue with your shipment, we are your point of contact and we will coordinate with the brand or courier on your behalf to resolve it.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@givingoil.com. Giving Oil will take full responsibility for investigating and resolving the situation, including coordinating with the brand and the courier. Our goal is to ensure you either receive your order or receive an appropriate solution without unnecessary delays.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Giving Oil and the fulfilling brands are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@givingoil.com and we will do our best to make the correction before the order is dispatched.
