While we facilitate the transaction and manage the platform, the products listed on our site are sourced from and fulfilled directly by the respective brands. We manage all product listings, content, and customer communications on behalf of the platform. The brands listed on Giving Oil do not independently manage their presence on this site.

By placing an order through Giving Oil, you enter into a commercial relationship with us as the marketplace operator. We are responsible for processing your payment and coordinating fulfillment with the relevant brand or brands involved in your order.

Eligibility

To use this platform and place orders, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be located within the United Arab Emirates
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

By using this platform, you confirm that you meet all of the above conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

Account registration

You may use our platform as a guest or by creating a personal account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. All content on this platform, including but not limited to the Giving Oil name, logo, website design, written content, and original photography, is the property of SEO by Yoni FZC or is used with permission from the respective brands. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Product images and brand-specific content remain the intellectual property of the respective brands and are displayed on this platform with their authorization.

Customer reviews

After completing a purchase, you may receive an invitation by email to leave a review of your experience. By submitting a review, you grant Giving Oil a non-exclusive right to display that review on the platform. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on your genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, false information, or content that violates these terms.

Prohibited uses

By using this platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any similar technology to access, extract, or collect data from this platform without our express written permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or related systems
