Making use of the family-owned facilities at Trull d’Agullana, they began experimenting with infused olive oils, crafting exquisite flavor profiles. From this creative journey, the brand Llàgrimes del Canigó was born.

Rooted in craftsmanship, local production, and a deep connection to the Costa Brava in northeastern Spain, the project focuses on small-scale production using primarily the native Argudell olive — a rare and limited variety.
